He's Back With A Vengeance!

I've gotten some recent inquiries from my readers/listeners about where I've been. well, I'm pleased to say we have a new segment up on Success Radio 11:11 with entrepenuer/marketing consultant/ and writer Dan Swanson. It's a very powerful interview!

Other news is I've been put into print sharing a book with Jack Canfield, John Gray, Bob Proctor and a host of other very talented people. 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life Vol. 2 will be out next month...so I've been putting things into place to promote it. Let me know if you'd like to order a copy...it's really awesome stuff!

I'm also doing final edits on a book I've co-authored with Ineke Van Lint of Enthousiasme.info that should be out end of next month as well.

That aside, my coaching practice has been really booming and I'm so very pleased and proud to serve the many wonderful clients I work with on a weekly basis. It's a true honor and pleasure to know so many success-minded people!

Of particular note this week is one of my youngest coaching clients, Gavin Rentz who has an active blog here: Young Marketer Gavin shows more enthusiasm, focus and talent at 15 than many adults.

I've got some more interviews planned for the podcast very soon and I've got a line of videos starting production soon. I'll keep you posted as I have more release dates and information.

Now I know this is probably the most "company" oriented post I've ever made, but if you utilize everything I have out there...the gratis content is pretty significant. That said, I'll tell you a really awesome concept for your success.

If you want to learn something so well you could do it in your sleep, you should consider teaching someone else about it. Everyone comes to the table with a different background so no matter where you are on the scale of knowledge about a particular subject, someone likely knows more and many likely know less. This is what I call the Monkeys in a barrel principle. As you learn from others they are extending their hand to pull you up...and in turn you should extend your other arm out to assist other people up as you go as well. Truthfully I have never been so solid in any area of expertise as those I have taught people in. Not only does it make you more of an expert, it's just plain good karma as well.

Hey, I love you guys and gals out there. I really appreciate you reading, listening and otherwise hanging out with me. You are what rocks my world!

All the best!

When A Growing Business Becomes Less Of A Blessing: You Think You Got Problems?

I'm not going to go through a long apology...yes I've been away. Yes it's been a busy time (wrapping up the 2nd book I'll release this year) and yes no excuses...I accept full responsibility for letting the blog slide.

Let's talk about something you wouldn't ordinarily think about unless you've started seeing some real success in life.

Most people think the main problem with money is not having enough, but I'm here to tell you that sometimes having too much can be an even bigger problem!

To illustrate, imagine you have a company...you've been limping along for 2 or 3 years making under $50k a year....you might think it's about time to put the permanently closed sign out right? Then you thank you lucky stars because just in the nick of time, you get a contract that is huge...you're about 30 days from stepping into a high 6 or maybe even 7 figure cash flow, but guess what? You had to scale up to handle it and now you have payroll due in 2 weeks.

You may be pretty slick and tell me, "You can just factor your invoices!" Which I would pat you on the back for even thinking of...and it's a great answer except that maybe in this case the client doesn't have the credit history to pass muster or you're in a line of work that companies don't like to risk factoring.

These are the headaches you inherit when you start growing your wealth.

I tell you this not to finally cave in to the growing sentiment that socialism is a good idea...heck no! I am and will always be a lover of capitalism and free enterprise.... but what I am doing is trying to make you aware that there will be challenges no matter how many zeros trail behind your bottom line!

It feels good to be back..and I hope you'll stay tuned!

All the best!
